AUTHENTICITY

Check your box

Every KB GOLD LAB box carries three independent checks: an NFC authenticity seal, the LOT number of its batch and a QR code to our website. This is how to use them.

Tap the NFC seal

The round seal on the back of the box contains an NFC chip with its own cryptographic key. Each tap creates a new one-time link to kbgoldlab.com/verify, which shows whether the seal is genuine and whether the box has been opened since it was packed.

  1. Unlock your phone. On Android, make sure NFC is switched on.
  2. Hold the top of the phone against the round seal on the back of the box.
  3. Open the link that appears. The result is shown on kbgoldlab.com/verify.

Open it at the seal

The box opens at the tuck flap next to the seal, with the thumb notch. The tail of the seal crosses the edge of the flap and tears when the flap is lifted, so the seal reports the box as opened from then on. A torn tail on arrival means the box has been opened.

Look up the LOT number

The same LOT number is printed on the vial label and on the BATCH / MFG / EXP sticker on the back of the box. Enter it in the batch lookup to see the batch status, expiry date and laboratory reports.

If something does not match

If the seal reads opened when you did not open the box, the numbers on the vial and the box differ, or any check fails, do not use the product. Contact us with your order reference, the LOT number and photographs of the box.
