QUALITY STANDARDS
Our Quality Standards
These standards describe our policy and the procedures we intend to follow. They are not a statement that a particular batch has been tested or stored in a particular way: evidence for a batch is provided only through the documentation published for that batch.
Fresh Batch Philosophy
Smaller batches. Regular replenishment.
We aim to keep inventory lean by ordering carefully managed quantities and replenishing batches regularly, so that products spend as little time as possible in our storage. A recent delivery does not necessarily mean a recently manufactured batch: the dates that apply to each batch are given in its documentation.
Independent Batch Verification
Identity. Purity. Quantity.
Each new batch is intended to undergo appropriate independent analytical verification of identity, purity and content before it is released for sale. Where a batch has been verified, its laboratory report and batch details are published on the product page; until then it is shown as pending and cannot be enquired for.
Temperature-Controlled Storage
Controlled +2 °C to +4 °C.
Our intended storage range for compatible peptide products is +2 °C to +4 °C. Where a product's specification or label sets different conditions, those product-specific stability requirements take precedence.
Batch documentation and traceability
Every batch has its own LOT number. When a batch's documentation has been reviewed and its independent laboratory report has been published, the product page shows the laboratory, report reference, date of analysis and results, with the report available as a PDF. Batches without published documentation are shown as pending and are not available for enquiry.
Storage and handling
Our intended storage range for compatible peptide products is +2 °C to +4 °C, within the range printed on their labels. Product-specific stability requirements always take precedence. Details of storage monitoring will be published here once the relevant procedures are in place.
Packaging
Because stock is replenished in smaller quantities, approved packaging components such as the vial shape, glass appearance or cap colour may differ between batches. Every packaging configuration must meet our quality and product protection requirements; product identity, quantity, batch information and required labelling remain correct on every vial.
