1. Who we are

KB GOLD LAB LTD (“KB GOLD LAB”, “we”, “us”) supplies research compounds through this website. Our company details are shown at the end of this page.

2. Research use only

All products are supplied for laboratory research only. They are not medicines, food, food supplements or cosmetics, and must not be used in or on humans or animals, or for any diagnostic or therapeutic purpose.

By placing an order you confirm that you act for a research organisation, that the products will be used only for lawful laboratory research by suitably qualified people, and that you hold any licence or approval your research requires. We may ask about the intended research and may refuse or cancel any order if we have concerns.

3. Business customers only

We sell to businesses and research organisations, not to consumers. Rights that the law gives only to consumers, such as the cancellation period for distance contracts, do not apply.

4. Enquiries, quotations and orders

An enquiry sent through this website is a request for a quotation and does not form a contract. We reply with a quotation that states the products, batches, prices, delivery and how long the quotation is valid.

A contract is formed only when you accept the quotation and we confirm the order in writing. Orders depend on the availability of the batch quoted.

5. Prices and payment

Prices shown on this website are a guide. The price that applies is the one stated in the quotation, in pounds sterling, together with the delivery charge and VAT where it applies.

You can pay by bank transfer against our pro-forma invoice or by card through a secure payment link that we send by email. We do not collect payment details on this website. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, orders are dispatched after payment has been received in full.

6. Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom only, by tracked delivery to the address agreed in the order. Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery, and ownership passes when we have received payment in full.

7. Checking your delivery

Please check each delivery, including the NFC seal on every box, when it arrives. If anything is damaged, incorrect or arrives with an opened seal, do not use it and tell us within 7 days of delivery with your order reference, the LOT number and photographs. We will replace the product or refund its price. Because the products are temperature-sensitive research materials, we do not accept other returns.

8. Specifications and documentation

Each product is supplied to the specification published for its batch. The batch documentation, including its independent laboratory report, is published on the product page and through the batch lookup. We give no other warranty, and in particular none that a product is suitable for a particular research purpose.

9. Storage, handling and safety

You are responsible for storing the products as stated on the label, for handling them safely in line with good laboratory practice, and for their disposal. Safety data sheets are published on the product pages or available on request.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for the products concerned, and we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of data or any indirect or consequential loss.

You will compensate us for any loss arising from use of the products contrary to these terms, including any use in or on humans or animals.

11. Changes, law and disputes

We may update these terms; the version published when you accept a quotation applies to that order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
